Christ in Me, the Hope of Glory

I must admit.  I want to be clever.  And original.  But I’m pretty sure God doesn’t want me to use His name to feed my ego.  He doesn’t care anything for my going off on tangents to build up structures of my own inspiration.   His word for me will always be, abide.  Therein lies the power.  And the life.  And the fruit.

“Peter said to Jesus, Lord it is good for us to be here; if You wish, I will make three tabernacles here, one for you, and one for Moses and one for Elijah.  While he was still speaking, a bright cloud overshadowed them and behold, a voice out the cloud said, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased, listen to Him!”  Matthew 17:4-5
